Regulations

  • (1) Each caregiver must keep up with current regulations set by the government of Barbados and St.Vincent in order to maintain a good standing.

  • (2) If caregivers are feeling sick in any way they are required to seek medical attention and reschedule with parents until feeling better, for safety of the household and themselves.

  • (3) Adequate supplies to ensure healthy hygiene practices are taking place should be and will be provided.

  • (4) Necessary measures: temperature taking, sanitization, isolation if necessary

  • (5) They are advised to inform the Management of KiddieCare on any flu like symptoms regardless of its severity.
Upon booking our sitters and eldercare care professionals must ensure the following protocols are followed:

  • (1) Prior to making their way to the job, they must do a temperature check. Once the reading is below 98.6°F (37°C) they may proceed to the job.

  • (2) Face mask or face covering must be used while transporting to the client's household.

  • (3) Another temperature check will then be done on the care professional upon arrival to the home. Once the reading is below approximately 98.6°F (37°C), they may proceed.

  • (4) The face mask or face covering must be removed and properly disposed upon entering the house.

  • (5) Hands must then be thoroughly washed before interactions.

Please Note:

KiddieCareExpress is open to requests for our staff to wear face masks or coverings while doing the job. if you so wish, simply email us at kiddiecareexpress@gmail.com or communicate this request to the sitter/nanny/ eldercare professional you have booked.

Kiddie Care Express uses this platform and their app as the online booking system. Everything is done online.
